In case of dissatisfaction with our services and products, customers have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the refund, return and cancellation will be as follows:

Cancellation before Dispatch:

Replacement Policy:

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or lost in transit. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
